Restaurant Zalmhuis offers a unique total experience with a sensual interior, located on the Nieuwe Maas near Rotterdam. Since its acquisition in 2020 by Hell's Kitchen Horeca Groep, the premises underwent a major metamorphosis, resulting in a colorful and warm interior, inspired by catering establishments from cities such as London and Barcelona. Interior designer Liselore Holman of ECLECT created a bold interior concept, with custom-made Prints of Oranje print rug and a Missoni-style runner for the lounge area. The carpet, with prints of fish and marble textures, adds extra ambiance and warmth and perfectly complements the luxurious look of the Salmon House.
