Six townhouses were built in the former Lubro bread factory. This hotel-chic townhouse is bright, quiet and modern-stylish, with a unique layout. Here, The Home Factory provided a clever placement of kitchen and living space. The first floor features Therdex 6032 flooring from the Original2 series. The floor is done in a herringbone pattern, which adds warmth and elegance. A six-meter-high loft with glass walls offers panoramic views and enhances modern sleekness with warm coziness, making the house stylish and inviting.
