Hillfloor Group acquires LEOXX and Prints van Oranje

Genemuiden/Houten, 16 November 2023 - Hillfloor Group - Van Besouw, Jabo Carpets and Therdex - has added a chapter to its growth story by acquiring LEOXX and its custom print label Prints van Oranje; renowned players in the world of innovative project flooring and customized interior materials for floor, wall, window and furniture. The strategic acquisition of LEOXX and Prints van Oranje significantly enriches the diversity of Hillfloor Group's portfolio and strengthens its position as a leading flooring supplier. With these new members in Hillfloor Group's 'family of brands', the promise of quality, style and innovation only gets stronger and opens doors to even more creative opportunities and inspiration for customers worldwide.
